Envelope Printery Inc Growth and Investments: 2022 and 2023

The Envelope Printery Inc is preparing plans that will be points of interest that will continue our growth as a company. We are revving up and making future investments that will be of interest to our customers and we would like to share them with you!

Currently:

The biggest investment that The Envelope Printery Inc continues to make is in the people that work for us day in and day out. We offer competitive wages, great benefits, and a safe as well as friendly work environment for our employees. We continue with a diverse manufacturing facility that enables all types of envelope production from high speed webb to die cut manufacturing, giving an array of options to meet client needs. We also remain a leader in customer service and quoting.

Above all, we would like to say what we are bringing to the table in 2023:

1. Kodak Achieve T400 Platesetter, a direct to plate system for our prepress department. This enhances the ability to make plates for litho printing quicker and more efficiently. [Figure 1]
2. Anderson & Vreeland ThermoFlexx 20, another direct to plate system for our prepress department. This allows us to make flexographic plates more efficiently. [Figure 2]
3. Maxson Back Stands are being added to our sheeter. This will allow us to double our number of sheets produced from rolls which add capacity to our facility in the upcoming year

5. A WD 326 Wide Range envelope machine with complete cut technology, multiple windows, and different seal flap gumming at a production speed of 500 per minute to enhance capacity. [Figure 3]
6. Anilox Roller Cleaner to allow best ink delivery transfer and increased flexo print quality for clients
7. Chambered Doctor Blades for flexo printing units to enhance print quality
